Position Overview

Managers: Unlike other financial companies, LOANEX is a decentralized organization. Our managers have the authority to make their own decisions and run their own branches as if it were their own business, including issues involving customers, co-workers, operations, staffing, and advertising.

Customer Service Representatives: The CSR maintains customer relationships and ensures the successful operation of the branch by performing all sales and processing functions.

Requirements

- High energy sales personality
- 3+ years cash handling experience
- Collections experience helpful
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, typing etc.)
- Must have own transportation
